Licence to use our Site

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the claiming party must give written notice setting out details and proposing resolution. Within 7 days, parties must meet by senior executives in good faith to attempt resolution. If unresolved within 21 days, either party may refer the matter to litigation.
Severance
If a provision is held void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it must be read down narrowly to allow validity. If not possible, the provision is severed without affecting other provisions.
Jurisdiction
Use of the Site and these Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts. We make no representation that the Site complies with laws outside Australia.
